Instructions
Combine cheddar cheese and cabbage in a bowl. Add the sweet chili, mayo and green onions. Mix well to combine.
Spread cheese mixture over tortilla. Add cucumber and carrot. Roll to make a wrap.
TIP: For cooler days, toast wrap in a sandwich press or a non-stick frying pan for a warm lunch option. If you prefer, add the salad vegetables after toasting or serve on the side.
