Chicken stir-fry with greens
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil 0.2oz
- 1 tsp Ginger, minced 0.1oz
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced 0.2oz
- 3 oz Chicken breast, raw, sliced 3oz
- ½ bunch Baby broccoli broccolini, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces 4.9oz
- ¼ cup Frozen peas 1oz
- 1 medium Zucchini, sliced 6.9oz
- 1 medium Green onion, thinly sliced 0.5oz
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds 0.1oz
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add ginger, garlic and chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the broccolini, peas and a splash of water to the pan and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
- Add zucchini and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
