Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add ginger, garlic and chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
Add the broccolini, peas and a splash of water to the pan and stir fry for a further 2 minutes.
Add zucchini and green onion to the pan. Stir-fry for 1 minute, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
