Easy natural muesli

Ingredients  

  • 2 cup Old fashioned rolled oats 5.6oz
  • cup Dried apple 3.8oz
  • 20 nuts Hazelnuts roughly chopped 1oz
  • ¼ cup Shredded coconut unsweetened 0.7oz
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds 0.4oz
  • 4 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 2lb

Steps 

  1. Combine oats, apple, hazelnuts, coconut and chia seeds in a bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container to use throughout the week.
  2. To serve, scoop out about 1 cup of muesli and sprinkle over 1 cup of yogurt.
  3. TIP: If preferred, serve muesli with half a cup of milk and half a cup of yogurt.
