Ingredients

  • ½ cup Strawberries, whole, frozen 2.5oz
  • 1 small Banana, frozen 3.6oz
  • 1 cup 1% milk 8.3fl oz
  • 6 Sliced almonds 0.3oz
  • ½ cup Old fashioned rolled oats, ground 1.4oz

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients with ice in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  • TIP: Using frozen fruit in smoothies creates an extra creamy consistency.
