Crockpot Teriyaki Steak

Simple slow-cooker recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless round steak
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • cup soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic crushed

Instructions

  • Cut the round steak into serving size pieces and pound to 1/8-inch thickness.
  • Combine the remaining sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place the round steak in the slow cooker or crockpot and pour sauce over it all.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
