Crockpot Teriyaki Steak
Simple slow-cooker recipe.
- 2 pounds boneless round steak
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic crushed
Cut the round steak into serving size pieces and pound to 1/8-inch thickness.
Combine the remaining sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Place the round steak in the slow cooker or crockpot and pour sauce over it all.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with rice.
