Place berries in a microwavable bowl, cover and heat briefly in microwave for 30 seconds on medium.
In a small bowl, add berries and juices to ricotta and mix gently.
Toast bread and spread with ricotta berry compote. Sprinkle with walnuts to serve.
Follow with a takeaway coffee, or a latte made at home with 1 cup of milk.
