10spearsAsparagus 5.3oz
2cupsZucchini noodles6.4oz

Instructions
Heat a large non-stick frying pan or wok on medium-high heat. Add olive oil, garlic, ginger and chicken. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Add snow peas and asparagus and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Toss in zoodles and cook for 1 minute then turn off heat. Spoon into bowl to serve and season to taste.
TIP: If you have a spiralizer you can prepare zucchini noodles yourself. Add fresh chilli or chilli flakes with the chicken for an extra kick!
