2½tbspSalsa(1.6oz)
1leaf Romaine lettuceouter, shredded (1oz)
¼cupCarrotshredded, (1oz)
½cupSnow peaschopped (2.8oz)
¼cupRed bell pepperchopped, (1.3oz)
Instructions
In a bowl combine oil, lime juice and seasoning blend. Add shrimp to the bowl and fully coat in the marinade.
Heat a medium non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes each side until cooked through. Remove from pan.
Add the tortilla to the pan and cook for 20 to 30 seconds each side until warmed through. Place on plate.
Spoon the salsa over the tortilla. Top with lettuce, carrot, snow peas, bell pepper and shrimp. Season to taste and serve.
TIP: For a quicker option buy cooked shrimp and microwave the tortilla.
