Mixed berry parfait

Ingredients

  • 21 oz Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 1.3lb
  • 4 ½ tsp Almond butter 0.8oz
  • 3 cups Berries, any type 15.2oz
  • 1 ½ cup Bran cereal 3.3oz

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add the yogurt and almond butter and stir to combine.
  • To assemble the parfaits, use 3 jars or containers with lids. Each parfait should use approximately 2/3 cup of almond yogurt and 1 cup of berries.
  • Layer 1/3 cup of almond yogurt into the bottom of each jar, followed by 1/3 cup berries. Repeat by alternating layers of the yogurt and berries. Top each jar with ½ cup of cereal.
  • TIP: If you prefer the cereal to stay crunchy, place a small piece of plastic wrap on top of the assembled parfait before adding the cereal. When you're ready to eat, remove plastic wrap and mix in the cereal.
