Onion Sausage
A great all-purpose sausage.
Ingredients
- 7 lbs ground pork
- 2 ½ oz salt
- 4 oz finely chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp coarse black pepper
- 1 Tbsp ground marjoram
- 12 oz cold beer
- 4 Tbsp liquid smoke
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients, mix well. Divide into 1-pound portions, vacuum pack, label and freeze.
