Peanut butter toast with berry compote

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Frozen berries, any type, use fresh if preferred 5.2oz
  • 1 cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 7oz
  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread 2.3oz
  • tsp Peanut butter, reduced sugar & salt 0.3oz

Instructions

  • Place berries in a microwaveable bowl, cover and heat on medium for 30 seconds, or until defrosted.
  • In a small bowl, add berries (with juice) to yogurt and mix gently.
  • Toast bread and spread with peanut butter.
  • If you're feeling adventurous, serve the yogurt mixture on top of the peanut butter toast (it's delicious!). Otherwise enjoy separately.
