Shrimp salad wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Light mayo 1.1oz
  • 1 small Lemon, juiced and zested 2oz
  • 6 oz Cooked shrimp
  • 2 cups Coleslaw vegetable mix 4oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 2 Whole-wheat tortilla 2.8oz

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  • In second bowl, add cooked shrimp and coleslaw, drizzle over the lemon mayo, and toss to coat. Season with pepper and enjoy!
  • Place half the shrimp salad in the center of each tortilla and roll to make a wrap.
