Shrimp salad wrap

Ingredients  

  • 2 tbsp Light mayo 1.1oz
  • 1 small Lemon, juiced and zested 2oz
  • 6 oz Cooked shrimp
  • 2 cups Coleslaw vegetable mix 4oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper
  • 2 Whole-wheat tortilla 2.8oz

Steps 

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  2. In second bowl, add cooked shrimp and coleslaw, drizzle over the lemon mayo, and toss to coat. Season with pepper and enjoy!
  3. Place half the shrimp salad in the center of each tortilla and roll to make a wrap.
