Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup Strawberries, whole, fresh or frozen 6.3oz
  • 1 cup 1% milk 8.3fl oz
  • ¾ cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 6oz
  • ¼ cup Old fashioned rolled oats 0.7oz
  • 2 tsp Chia seeds 0.3oz

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  • For a thinner consistency, add a small amount of iced water and blend further. Pour into a glass to serve.
