Tuna & smashed avocado crispbreads

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Avocado, chopped 1.1oz
  • ½ medium whole, Tomato, chopped 2.2oz
  • 1 medium green onion, sliced 0.5oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper, ground, to taste
  • 4 Rye crispbreads 1.4oz
  • 1 large handful Baby spinach 1.6oz
  • 3 oz Tuna, canned in water, drained ½ can (3oz)
  • 4 tbsp carrots, shredded 1oz

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, gently mash avocado, tomato, green onion, and black pepper.
  • Spread avocado mixture on top of crispbreads, followed by baby spinach.
  • In the same bowl, mix tuna and carrot together and place on top of crispbreads.
