Tuna & smashed avocado crispbreads

Ingredients  

  • 2 tbsp Avocado, chopped 1.1oz
  • ½ medium whole, Tomato, chopped 2.2oz
  • 1 medium green onion, sliced 0.5oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper, ground, to taste
  • 4 Rye crispbreads 1.4oz
  • 1 large handful Baby spinach 1.6oz
  • 3 oz Tuna, canned in water, drained ½ can (3oz)
  • 4 tbsp carrots, shredded 1oz

Steps 

  1. In a small bowl, gently mash avocado, tomato, green onion, and black pepper.
  2. Spread avocado mixture on top of crispbreads, followed by baby spinach.
  3. In the same bowl, mix tuna and carrot together and place on top of crispbreads.
