Vanilla berry overnight oats

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup 1% milk 2.1fl oz
  • ¼ cup Old fashioned rolled oats 0.7oz
  • ¾ cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 6oz
  • ¾ cup Frozen berries, any type 5.2oz
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract 0.1oz
  • 12 Pistachios, unsalted, chopped 0.3oz
  • 1 small Latte, plain, nonfat milk 11.5oz

Instructions

  • Combine milk, oats, yogurt, berries and vanilla in a container or jar. Seal container and refrigerate overnight. Top with pistachios before serving.
  • Follow with a latte, or save for a mid-morning snack. Alternatively, you can make a latte at home using 1 cup of milk.
  • TIP: For cooler days, add all ingredients without the milk and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave milk and mix through to warm oats.
