Vanilla berry overnight oats
Steps
- Combine milk, oats, yogurt, berries and vanilla in a container or jar. Seal container and refrigerate overnight. Top with pistachios before serving.
- Follow with a latte, or save for a mid-morning snack. Alternatively, you can make a latte at home using 1 cup of milk.
- TIP: For cooler days, add all ingredients without the milk and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, microwave milk and mix through to warm oats.
