Sometimes making your own is easier than going to the store.
Ingredients
- onions
- celery
- carrots
- garlic
- peppercorns
- bay leaf
- water
Steps
Chop veggies into large chunks. Divide garlic into individual bulbs and peel.
Place veggies into stock pot and cover with water.
Bring to a rapid boil and then lower heat and simmer for no more than 1 hour.
Strain stock.
