Hummus sandwich

Ingredients  

  • ¼ cup Hummus 2.1oz
  • 2 slices Whole-grain bread 2.3oz
  • 1 small Cucumber, sliced 5.6oz
  • ½ cup Carrot, shredded 1.9oz
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil 0.2oz

Steps 

  1. Spread hummus over each slice of bread. Top one slice of bread with cucumber and carrot. Drizzle over olive oil and cover with remaining slice of bread to make a delicious sandwich. Serve remaining cucumber on the side.
