Berry baked oats
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an ovenproof baking dish (8-inch x 8-inch).
- Add oats, banana, milk, peanut butter, vanilla and baking powder to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into an ovenproof dish and add the blueberries evenly over the top.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cut into four equal servings.
- Enjoy one serving with 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
