Crunchy chicken & slaw wrap

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Coleslaw vegetable mix 2oz
  • 3 oz Chicken breast, cooked, shredded 3oz
  • 1 ½ tbsp Light mayo 0.8oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
  • ½ medium Tomato, whole, sliced ½ medium, whole, sliced (2.2oz)

Steps 

  1. In a bowl, combine coleslaw, chicken and mayo.
  2. Spoon the mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Top with the tomato and roll to make a wrap.
  3. TIP: On cooler days, toast wrap in sandwich press or in a nonstick frying pan for a warm lunch.
