Ingredients  

  • 1 ½ tbsp Light mayo 0.8oz
  • 1 Whole-wheat tortilla 1.4oz
  • 1 3.3oz can Tuna, canned in water, drained 2.8oz
  • cup Carrot, shredded 1.3oz
  • ½ medium Cucumber, sliced 3.5oz
  • 1 dash Black pepper

Steps 

  1. Spread mayo over the tortilla. Top with the tuna, carrot and cucumber. Season with pepper. Roll to make a wrap.
