Apple & cinnamon ricotta toast

Ingredients  

  • 3 oz Part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 ½ tsp Almond butter 0.3oz
  • 1 slice Whole-grain bread, toasted 1.1oz
  • 1 small Apple, thinly sliced 5.3oz
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon, ground

Steps 

  1. Using a fork, lightly whip the ricotta with the almond butter.
  2. Top the toast with half the ricotta almond mixture and a few slices of apple. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve the remaining ricotta mixture and apple slices on the side.
  3. TIP: Add a drizzle of honey if you have Sweets to spare for the day.
