Ingredients  

  • ½ cup Bran flakes 0.7oz
  • ½ cup 1% milk 4.1fl oz
  • ½ cup Non-fat plain Greek yogurt 4oz
  • 6 Almonds, unsalted, chopped 0.3oz
  • ½ medium Banana, sliced 2.1oz
  • 1 small Latte, plain, nonfat milk 11.5oz

Steps 

  1. Enjoy cereal with milk and yogurt, topped with chopped almonds and banana for breakfast.
  2. Follow with a coffee or a latte made with 1 cup of milk. Alternatively, you can save for a mid-morning snack.
  3. TIP: For cooler days, heat milk in the microwave or on the stove and pour over cereal for a warm breakfast. Feel free to add a drizzle of honey, just remember to add it to your tracker as it will contribute to your Sweets for the day.
